    Great and professional team
    The good thingsas per my experience in my previous job, it was a satisfying work experience from staff to management team. I learn alot and bosst my knowledge on the fastfood field.I learn also the importance of serving hot fresh product and good customer relation.
    The challengesMy greatest challenge was when i receive a job promotion to become an Assistant Store Manager, alot of task was put into my shoulder, that everything should be in great shape specially the team.

    It is better than other food chains.
    The good thingsWe treat each other as a family. Each of us have the initiative to help one another and make the work less harder.
    The challengesThe agency wasn't paying enough attention to the unpaid contributions of their employees. Sometimes the rights of their employees for benefits etc. were being left behind.

    When there target sales are negative the total of hours of the duty will be half so that your salary is low

    I handle operations ,reports and I have handled Four Stores of Dairy Queen in that Mall. 1 Main Store, 2 kiosks and 1 offsite. And also I handle 17 Team Members
    The good thingsI enjoy working here is that staffs and management was like a Family. It is important that we have communication for them to know the status of any stores that us managers handling or managing.
    The challengesI think challenges here was I handled not just 1 store but 4 stores. And managing 17 team members at the same time monitoring the stores sales.

    The good thingsHaving a family and a place were you can say its your 2nd home. Not so boring work place that youre always busy all the time.
    The challengesContinuous learning and constant change. Which lead to gaining more knowledge and experiences. The only hardship is that bosses dont have one common goal there have their one wanting each of them.
