    The good thingsMy application experience allowed me to gain insight into the company's hiring process, which helped me make an informed decision regarding my career path.
    The challengesI had a disappointing interview experience with this company. My call time was 11:30 AM, and even though I arrived early and informed HR, I waited over an hour before being acknowledge. I also waited nearly 4 hours to be interviewed for only three minutes, without any updates or apology. The waiting area was uncomfortable with mosquitos, and the process felt disorganized.

    The tenure of contract is one month to two months. Its not the regular five months contract. They constantly replacing employee and hiring so apply on your own peril. Big red flag. The work is easy to do. Its only spcecific tasks. Full pack team.
    The good thingsNo need for interview, hr will give you sets of questionaires that aren't related to the work you applied for.
    The challengesNot all learnings on training can be taught to you. It will all reflected on the evaluation even the petty things will make a grounds for ending your contract.
