Familial culture that will allow you to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
The good thingsThe people here are very accommodating. Also, as a Japanese company, they are very known as family and humane oriented which actually cascades on the overall culture of the company. The perks of being employed here , both intrinsic and extrinsic, are very much felt by the associates here. The management fairly believes that the people are their great assets and resources more than the machine and other state of the art equipment used in the production. You will really feel loved upon joining the company. Best company ever, I must say.
The challengesYou have to adjust to different principles and practices of a Japanese company such as but not limited to, 5S, Kaizen, and etc. These are the good things that I haven't experienced on my first job, so to speak. I was a bit challenged because they have their own ways and techniques as to how they do business. I have really learned a lot.

I learned a lot especially to be flexible.
The good thingsThe people of DIPI is what made me stay in the company. They have very good working relationship and you will learn a lot from them. You can also feel their passion in what we do. For me, the best thing about Daikyo is the its people. In my entire stay, I never experienced people shouting at each other or even cursing one another. They might have misunderstanding sometimes, but, at the end of the day, they resolve their conflict in a family-like way. The management also always consider the welfare of their people. And members of Top Management are very open for improvement. They are always willing to learn to contribute further in the growth of the company. The salary might not be that high unlike other large companies, but the learning and the working experience are priceless.
The challengesThe greatest challenge I have faced so far was to be able to have significant contributions in the company. As many people here work with passion, it is a big challenge to have impact and to make a difference in this kind of organization. Since you can feel the love of every people for the company, you will challenge yourself to do something to make the company improve and reach its goals.
