Familial culture that will allow you to further enhance your skills and knowledge. The good thingsThe people here are very accommodating. Also, as a Japanese company, they are very known as family and humane oriented which actually cascades on the overall culture of the company. The perks of being employed here , both intrinsic and extrinsic, are very much felt by the associates here. The management fairly believes that the people are their great assets and resources more than the machine and other state of the art equipment used in the production. You will really feel loved upon joining the company. Best company ever, I must say.
The challengesYou have to adjust to different principles and practices of a Japanese company such as but not limited to, 5S, Kaizen, and etc. These are the good things that I haven't experienced on my first job, so to speak. I was a bit challenged because they have their own ways and techniques as to how they do business. I have really learned a lot.
