the good and the bad things
The good thingsBenefits and free stuff given away from your boss or on christmas holidays. free taste test for events taking place at hotels.
The challengesToo much workload leading to always overtime everyday even when your boss keeps needing you to work more and you don't have a lot of rest time. salary is too low. don't expect quick promotion.

Nice working experience but the Bad outweighs the Good.
The good thingsFriendly colleagues. Lots of events and travelling. Good exposure to professional network.
The challengesBad politics among the upper ranks affecting lower-ranking employees. Non-existent Occupational Health & Safety Practices and Policies. If you have a low to middle job level, your opinions are ignored by the upper managers unless you're personally friends with them. No learning and development structure for employees. Work procedures are very typical and paper-based, not much digitalization. Lots of wastes in the processes.

A company focused on company politics and not the business itself.
The good thingsThe management is okay. However, the HR is doing a terrible job keeping people. Lost the company's major assets.
    The challengesHARDCORE, CLASSIC, OFFICE POLITICS

It's a good company for a first job. Definitely would recommend applying.
The good thingsGood Benefits and Reasonable Workload. Friendly environment, and HR holds many events that are interactive. Safety and welfare of employees are prioritized.
The challengesThe structure of the company is not fully established. The roles/job designation is not followed. Sometimes I do work that I'm not supposed to do. Not too challenging in a technical aspect because it's a sales company. Career Development Program was not structured as well.

Overall, it was a great experience considering I learned a lot from working in this company. But the bad outweighs the good in this one and that is the very poor management for a multinational company.
The good thingsVery good benefits and salary with complete compensation.
The challengesVery unsupportive management and internal politics between senior and middle managers which greatly affect the effort of the lower staff to the point where we get stomped on by the ulterior motives of the managers.

Good Working culture and people centered company
The good thingsI'd enjoy working on field meeting with different good people around HVAC industry, also by the product it self to do some research to be more educated about this industry.
The challengesIts more challenging on dealing with customers and service centers as after sales service, dealing different attitude, prospective and mind-setting. You don't know what thing should you allowed to say and what is not.

    Great Exposure!
The good thingsI've learned a lot especially what it was like to be in a global company. I've learned how to carry not just myself but the Company Name as well. My boss let me experience what it was like to be on top and on the front line. I get to met new people, make connections and made new friends because of my job. I had the greatest time ever because of the people who became my fiends.
The challengesI think the most challenging part is whenever we lose a project especially if everybody has worked hard just to get it and for some unjustly reason it was taken away from us or gone. I think it is a little hard to move on because of what had happen.
