    The good thingsAs a youth, I enjoy everything about your company. I enjoy working even it is so hard because I have my family. I will do my best and put all my efforts for your company and for my family. Also, I enjoy the employees hardworking and the management and benefits.
    The challengesNone, because no things are easy. Everything is so hard and I don't have to enjoy everything, just do my best and love my work. And for sure I enjoy every single things about your company.

    it must be continoues improvement of their skills,knowledge and process for progress of the company and employee.
    The good thingsHave a good cooperation of all employee thats why we can meet the targets and objectives.Also supporting each other to meet requirement especially in safety first,quality of the products as well costumer satisfaction,and always do the 5s.
    The challengeswhen encountered downtime and troubles in machine,take out robot, auxilliary equipment and facilities that can contribute delay production base on the plan. but this challenges help us to improve our skills in maintenance,trouble shooting and repair.
