V.good training ground for junior RN's
The good thingsLots of new nursing procedures to learn. Head chief RN during my time was super super supportive, kudos to Ms.OLIVE SANCHEZ - Head Nurse.
The challengesDuring my time, nurse patient ratio wasnt well balanced. Patient numbers very high versus very low number of RN's on level 3.
