    Nice for the resume not for the health
    The good thingsThe salary is a little bit higher than a local construction company. Provides accommodation and hygiene stuffs. Good company to widen your skills. International Company. Team building
    The challengesHard to make a salary increase. Minimum of 10 hrs duty. Some managers are kind but are mostly sarcastic. No leave/sick leave benefits. 6 days work day. Some local staffs have crab mentality.

    I work in daewoo e&c company since 2012 as a scaffolder and i became a document controller about the salary they dont miss it every month is on time, thats why i miss to work again of this company..
    The good thingsIm happy to work cuz they give me full safety gear and the manager is so kind and good food and accomodation..
    The challengesIm not injoy when the climate not so good there rain we cant work properly.

    Having worked with this company make me behaved like a military system to make sure all works done according specified specifications and quality standard. To see is to believe.
    The good thingsDespite work pressure and achieving work targets the management have allowed a weekly fellowship dinner.
    The challengesTo work beyond normal working time and so far for 6 years with the company our minimum working time was 12hrs.

    It was an exciting and challenging experience
    The good thingsThe people were very passionate and very profesional both on and off duty. The company cares about it's people and ensures that safety plays in every role in the project. It was a long journey working offshore but they make sure that the people are having their well spent time off with their families.
    The challengesThe only thing that each crew facing were the potential hazards that were present on site, but with very rich implementations of safety rules and regulations, The company commissioned the project on time with very minimal to none incidents.

    I have worked for this company twice in Libya where I was deployed. Having an employee there was a good experience, The project managers and those who handled me was o.k..
    The good thingsThe Administration department where I was listed to was great. Problems are solved and those I have requested at the kitchen was o.k. , but most of all the Salary was the very good thing being hired by the company . You can negotiate with them and agree to certain amount of how much you like your salary would be . Hoping one day again I would be hired by them.
    The challengesI had to keep in touch of the daily budget of meal I had to give. I had to adjust with the kitchen helper having given a different nationality. I just has to be the most difficult of all but I can manage to assist then and teach them the proceed in how to prepare the daily meal.
