The good thingsIt was a very good stepping stone and best for sharpening individual technically and with work etiquettes. I've learned a lot working there from basic qc tools, to SPC and six sigma. I got to experience working with different kind of people from the operators to my co-engineers up to higher management.
The challengesMaybe better compensation since engineers left to look for greener pastures.
