    Hardworking in a multi-tasking level of employment.
    The good thingsYou can learn from the veterans all the knowledge regarding on construction project management. Majority are friendly and very approachable. Environment was great and not a toxic one.
    The challengesI guess the improvement needs to address was to take care very well their great employees especially the soon to be project managers or project coordinators in the future with a satisfying salary on their respective position in the company. Because sometimes the client / owner side sometimes praise them that employee can lead the group thoroughly.
