5 to 6 years in the role, former employee
A home for engineers willing to acquire knowledge/training/experience and opportunity to be equip with the latest technological advancement in chemicals its application and production
The good thingsOpportunity is always available to advance to higher position the company certainly may have missed to identify the financial needs of its people. It is well acknowledge the company greatly value their personnel still management must look into its compensation. In general i am thankful for the opportunity to work there and well recognize the experience i had with the company.
The challengesThe continuous training of contractual rank and file, frequent turnover of key engineers in production area and night/graveyard shift make attractive for personnel who are working. Make further adjustment on salary grade on key personnel
