    The good thingsBasically Cypress is one of the best semiconductor company here in the Philippines. There are a lot of benefits such as quarterly bonus, stocks, 14th month and mid year bonus, medical and educational support from the company, meal and transport allowance - car loan for top rank individuals. The company promotes regular group bonding activities for employees so everyone is consider as family.
    The challengesI found change in job role as challenging for me since I've started my way from technician level up to Staff Engineer and have passed 3 to 4 levels and mostly all have difference job functions. Though there is hard times at work but there is release of stress in every finish of every projects. Supporting US counter part is one of my favorite role since I will be challenged to cope up top level.
