Working while learning. The good thingsI enjoyed the incentives and the good salary that the company offers. I had a good relationship with my colleagues where I considered the best team. Also, the company had a good working environment. They offers benefits where the ex-employees may enjoy after leaving their company such as back-fees etc. It was my first job and I learned a lot especially on how to manage stress at work. Also, I appreciate how they gave importance to their employees.
The challengesBeing a call center representative is \"no joke\". Many people considered it as a toughest work environment and that's not surprising. Handling irate customers, dealing with crazy work schedules and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction really challenged me a first timer in the industry. Working in night shifts also challenged as a \"good night sleeper\" but I have to be awake for the whole shift to satisfy the customer needs.
