    I met good people who helped me out. There were a lot of challenges for a newbie like me back then. It was my first BPO job, and I would not have made it if not for the kind and happy people of Davao in that office. They are heaven sent, especially my Sup. I miss them.
    The good thingsI had no BPO experience back then, yet they hired me. Thanks for giving me that chance.
    The challengesBack then, there was one supervisor who kept pushing me to pitch a sale while having an unhappy customer on the line. I hope she's no longer there because that kind of toxicity is not something a new agent would want to experience while still learning how to do the job.

    Working while learning.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the incentives and the good salary that the company offers. I had a good relationship with my colleagues where I considered the best team. Also, the company had a good working environment. They offers benefits where the ex-employees may enjoy after leaving their company such as back-fees etc. It was my first job and I learned a lot especially on how to manage stress at work. Also, I appreciate how they gave importance to their employees.
    The challengesBeing a call center representative is \"no joke\". Many people considered it as a toughest work environment and that's not surprising. Handling irate customers, dealing with crazy work schedules and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction really challenged me a first timer in the industry. Working in night shifts also challenged as a \"good night sleeper\" but I have to be awake for the whole shift to satisfy the customer needs.

    FUN AND CHALLENGING!
    The good thingsI am a call center virgin and this company was the first BPO who hired me. I was able to expand my knowledge and experiences with regards to BPO Industry. They thought me a lot in just a brief period of time and i was very thankful to them. My supervisor was very nice and challenging at the same time but she was a real inspiration and very motivating. Awesome and challenging team mates. The management is great. All in all, this company would be a good training ground to any aspiring cc agents!
    The challengesPressure in Sales and CS. However, once you get the gist of it, everything would work out. Prepare your heart from irate customers! Also, random shifting schedules. :)

    The good thingsevery company needs employee. The head/management are good and very nice accompany. They have concern to the employees who works here.The employees too are kind and great.Sometimes its tiring because of the shifts but because of the management it flows smoother.
    The challengesoff course if you work you'll get tired, but in this case what did i not enjoy is the shift but it is all part of the company, but in this case you shall need to be responsible enough to finish your duty successful.

    Best stepping stone for call center newbies!
    The good thingsFun and less stress for newbies. I was assigned in the Order Entry Department (which is the easiest) before they transfered me to customer service. Had the best supervisor and ever friendly teammates!
    The challengesOnly had one problem back then, when they said I haven't submitted my requirements when in fact I have completed it before the start of our training. I don't know if they lost it or what. So I had to submit another copy of my requirements because if not they will send my salary via mail (which takes 6-8days to be delivered to your address)

    The good thingsThe company dont just offer work but a lifetime experience. From training, knowledge was fully implanted in our nerves. supervisors are awesome, they take good care of their teams and treat them not as a workmate but a family. the big bosses are transparent and nourish every possible seed to make a better tree.

    The good thingsIncentives that they are giving are quite good; however the type of schedule that they are giving their employees is really worst. They always require us to work on off and everyday they require us to be in 2hrs overtime. that is really soooooo tiring for an employee it seems that they don't want us to rest!
    The challengesThe company should give schedules to their employees fairly they should treat us humans not robots. They should take our health into considerations. They shouldn't force us to work on off or even to have a daily overtime!

    The good thingsThe best thing I love about this company is that they are training their employees very well, they see to it that they are well equipped with knowledge and prepared once they will be deployed in the call floor. They will give you a chance to grow and prove yourself. You will become a very versatile agent once you will be employed. They will compensate you for your hard work and efforts.
    The challengesThe most difficult things to handle is the management. HR Staff's are disorganized and not reliable. Most employees are having their problem updating their status. It takes them a very long time updating our forms (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig etc.) and in our end we are compromising our our schedules and spends a lot to avoid conflict.

    The good thingsambience of the company is basically good. people are undoubtedly friendly from all and different level. i have met a lot of interesting and wondeful individual who helped me hone my skills and overcome my dilemma. the company itself does comply with the basics in terms of labor and employment such as insurance and other related employees benefits.
    The challengesi have never given much of the opportunity to work with the company due to a certain company issues which resulted in contract termination of their employees. although final settlement obligations on their side were furnished, prior noticed for contract termination even a day was not issued and proper explanation of why to such decision was not properly executed.
