cxLoyalty is the place to be!
The good thingscxLoyalty is the definition of “loving what you do”. The support, the growth (financially, mentally, career-wise), the love - they’re all real!
The challengesVery little! In fact I can’t think of any right now.

High-level clerical support to an entire organization. o Responsible for overall management of administrative services.
The good thingsMotivation often comes from smaller recognitions, rather than large gestures. plus the TRUST is already there.
The challengesI have often worked with managers and officemates, and I rarely find it difficult. Sometimes it takes some time to adjust to a new manager or leader in a team environment. However, as long as we take the time to connect and clarify expectations, I think everything will work out

    Quality over quantity
The good thingsManagement - one of the best management, if not the best, I've been under. Professional, considerate, hands-on. Benefits - HMO, Life Insurance, Holiday Off
The challengesBi-weekly payroll - a bit challenging to see your basic earnings. Location - was hoping for the second site to be somewhere in the south but was still in BGC.

    A Good Start Up Company
The good thingsComparing all start up companies I have worked with. I would say this is the best. Must be because how management handled the team.
The challengesThe usual start up company would have.
