    The good thingsThe salary is high, but that's about it.
    The challengesNot a lot of benefits. Stressful work and environment. Management does not care about the rank-and-file employees. There is always no budget for process and tool improvements. We had to pay for our own teambuilding.

    The challengesHmm... merging other company and have a new management. That' s why the design and build was dissolved because of the new management. Some of in a high position are affected.
