Great learning experience for starters!The good thingsWork environment is energetic and fun! They have regular and occasional exciting company events and activities. They also have initiatives that help their employees grow professionally like in-house training or courses and leaders are usually sent out for training as well. Employee engagement is good because the Management makes sure that their employees are heard by facilitating regular sessions of "kumustuhan", company surveys, and even informal talks during breaks. Management is approachable and takes time to visit and check everyone including our agents. People in HR are friendly and they maintain an open communication with employees. They make sure that they are energetic and polite when dealing with employees who have inquiries or requests. Our Manager is supportive of extra activities outside work and encourages work-life balance. This company values excellence and creativity and recognizes you in return thru their recognition and rewards program. Salary is good for a newbie in the industry while benefits and perks are average.
The challengesSome projects and programs are not healthily sustained because of some passive and reactive leaders in the company.
