    The good thingsSalary increment is superb and Family benefits Package from medical, travel ticket and tuition fee including 4 dependents. Shaping people’s live to grow with work life balance and yearly performance review.
    The challengesJob security is unstable They keep on hiring but they also keep on laying off employees. Company aims to promote diversity, safety, code of conduct etc but some managers aren’t. Career growth depends on your boss
