    Great Boss, Great Team
The good thingsBoss is very welcoming and kind. I never saw her get angry and was always considerate of her staff. GREAT team. Inclusive environment.
The challengesToo much inclusiveness. Although you are performing at your best, and you do so many tasks, there's no career growth since the organizational chart is flat. Performance incentive is least priority.

The good thingsI worked under the IT department and I learned a lot. The team was awesome, my boss was great. Best boss actually since he never failed to give me challenges that pushed me to improve. I was given technologies which I eventually learned and a \"playground\" to train. I was also sent to various training sessions.
The challengesThough the IT team was awesome, salary was not. Salary's too low given the fact that I'm working in an IT field. IMO, top management failed to see the importance as to why they should retain their current employees. I think their mindset was that technical people can be easily replaced but they failed to see the fact that it also takes time for one tech person to learn the company's process.
