    Terrible, uninviting
    The good thingsTop management listens and is very nice. Very approachable.
    The challengesThe problem is the people below the management. No technical background. Not listening to good suggestions and recommendations. Unfriendly working environment. Everyone has their own group. Felt like an outcast. A lot of things to be done and to fix, but salary is too low to do that much work. No benefits. No HMO.

    Excellent Opportunity for Growth
    The good thingsIt was a face paced because of the industry (FMCG) but I really learned a lot and they culture is extremely important in our working conditions and I agree with this. CSCOR's culture is excellent and fair.
