    I experienced a lot of happy while working even if we have so many guest and you don"t feel any pressure.
    The good thingsI am lucky to work in this company because all people there is very good and honest and nice person specially of the hospitality that you can never compare.

    You can be yourself
    The good thingsIn the back office, you can be yourself. People are welcoming and they love sharing their knowledge, they won't keep you outdated with everything. They have a monthly awarding ceremony for hardworking employees and a lot of incentives. I was just an intern here but I can say that I want to work here. The management knows how to take care of their employees.

    The good thingsThey provides a lot of training's that helps to enhance our capabilities. Very accommodating colleagues. They're all keep you motivated. The company gives a lot of benifits. The opportunity to grow yourself can can be felt during emloyment. They give you a room to grow up yourself, Aim higher, to motivate you to achieve your endeavors.

    The good thingsEmployees treat each other equally. It is a home for every individual and even the trainees are appreciated and well-trained. You can never distinguish who the bosses are because they are just simple people that finds ways to communicate to their subordinates in a polite way.
    The challengesI realized that the computers and other machines are not \"up to date. It does not work properly anymore and thus resulting to inefficiency of work from others and damaged resources become trash because of this.
