    Based on my experience, the manager was toxic and excessively micromanaging. She/He always believed she/he was right, which made my experience with the manager quite negative. It can really affect your mental health.
    The good thingsOverall, the company is great, with many engagement activities for the employees.
    The challengesHowever, not all employees, especially those in rank-and-file positions, can participate in these activities. Additionally, the announcements are not always followed.
