    Too stressful for the uninitiated
    The good thingsMost of the people I met were really nice. Having some friends helped a lot during the worst days.
    The challengesWorking here changed me. It was an experience I'd rather forget, yet I am thankful for all the learnings because it helped me become stronger. There were times I just wanted to give-up or cry. Be sure to have friends to talk to. It'll be bad if you are a loner.

    The good thingsExperience to Audit different types of Companies and because of this you'll be trained well with working efficiently and effectively. It offers also various extra curricular activities that strongly develop the social skills of its employees and a good culture.

    RFGCO is a great company every auditor can work and learn from
    The good thingsThe Company offers up-to-date training and seminars to its employees. The auditors can be assigned with clients in different industries making them flexible in terms of work experience. RFGCO offers opportunities which are going to be useful in the future careers.
    The challengesCareer and life is hard to balance when working. An auditor may be assigned to clients which are far from home. Sometimes, you need to sacrifice personal time in order to accomplish several assignments. However, that is part of the work. One will surely need to sacrifice one in order to gain another.

    Great Experience!
    The good thingsThe working environment is nice. The co-workers are approachable and friendly. They offer great opportunities for fresh graduates and interns. Although there's little incentive/allowance, it is compensated by good working practices and opportunities. All in all, it was a nice job experience.
    The challengesThe company should provide more activities for skills improvement and they should consider increasing benefits for their interns.

    The good thingsThey can provide you with a holistic experience in public accounting practice. Generally, managers and seniors are great working buddies and are able to share their knowledge and experience to junior staff. For a start, in terms of experience in audit, this is not that bad.
    The challengesBenefits are scares with this firm. No overtime pay even if you work yourself out day and night. Basic salary is below average when compared to other firms. No health benefits. No Holiday Pay. Vacation and Sick Leaves are basic. Basically, you end up with just your basic pay.
