    The good thingsBased from what I heard your company have always giving a chance to determine their employee to become a good officer based on performance level and most of all offered better salary.

    Ive been working for Crossworld for 14 years, for the 1st 8years I was well compensated, every year increase of salary not lessthan 1000, excellent health insurance, if we did not use our sick leaves 5days will be paid, bonus up to 15th month, after the new.management all the good benefits changed.

    No support to employees
    The good thingsThe employees are very nice, which I will miss and never forget.
    The challengesPrevious benefits were removed. Cannot expect for a better future for yourself. No annual increase, No retirement pay, and most of the times you hope for bonus which they do not announce even if it's the mandatory 13th Month Pay.
