The gauge of competency is your performance and character. The good thingsI have a belief that most companies have their own set of values and working in this company has been a great opportunity for me to know myself more. They value discipline, awareness and alertness while being reasonable in the day-to-day activities when it comes to workload. I have learned how to conduct myself properly through the guidance of my colleagues and learned the pure way of mastering your work. You rely on your own capabilities rather than any external factors. You also learn how to be upright especially handling troubleshooting issues either by system or miscommunications with different departments. The bosses expect discipline while being mindful of your work, they never hesitate to share what they have with us as employees, either full incentives or just a good well done lunch for their employees. I think the bosses are the most understanding bosses I've ever encountered, and they will really know you as a person and share their expertise and what they know. They will give chances as long as you do your job properly. As long as you do your job, work properly with your colleagues and think of the good of the company as a whole you will enjoy your stay here.
The challengesLearning how the system works, it took a lot of time for me but they managed to be patient with me during my stay here. You have to know the ways of the company by heart in order to do it well. Be mindful of the things you are entrusted with, file the documents properly as soon as possible in order not to stack up and learn as much as you can especially with the new tasks being given to you. Appreciate the guidance that your supervisor show to you as this is your guide to do the job well done and always communicate properly. Listen properly to your bosses for you to analyze what they truly mean in order for you to know how to do the job properly. Be mindful of the resources allocated in your department and use it in the best way possible.
