    The good thingsDesign Manager is very helpful when encountering difficult clients. Company provides annual performance bonus and pay increase on top of mandatory benefits.
    The challengesCompany does not offer HMO benefits to Project-Based Employees. Contract only lasts for 3 months and is for renewal upon discretion of HR.

    Second family. Worth a shot.
    The good thingsThe managers are very professional and accommodating. There will always be something new to learn so long as you ask them and be honest about your concerns. I've been to different projects and teams, and one thing that I noticed constantly is that the majority of people who work here are nice and very friendly. They are like a family to me.
    The challengesI think the company is great as it is. There will be times that you can get bored in your assigned work but there will always be an opportunity to learn and grow as an individual and part of a team. You just have to find a great mentor.
