    The good thingsWorking anywhere/remotely. Saves time and money for commute.
    The challengesWorking everyday from 5PM-2AM Philippine time. Working independently without any help. This is just a temporary job, so no matter how good you are in working with their clients it will not be appreciated and be wasted. And the worst thing is anytime you will just be terminated and automatically loss the job instantly.
