It’s like they don’t care about the employees; what matters to them are the numbers you deliver.
The good thingsThey have a very accommodating team performance manager. The pay is low, but the expectations are high—suitable for a fresh graduate
The challengesLow pay, high expectations, and a toxic environment.

The good thingsPromotion within the company is being observed.
The challengesSalary is really low and not even within benchmark compare to other companies who has the same Line of Business.

    Toxic people to work with.
The good thingsPlenty of opportunity to be promoted. Holidays with pay. HMO + 3 dependents covered. Laptop for team leads and retirement plan are the best asset of the company.
The challengesWhile the bonus system is pretty good and other offers are aligned with other companies, basic salary increase is based solely on performance and not tenured. The worst part is the upper management has become toxic along the way. They were the pioneer employees who have been promoted but the culture has change to becoming stressful environment. Most people are highly motivated to reach their goal, but the insensitivity of the managers have led to attrition instead of compromise agreement.

    Great Culture and Work-Life Balance
The good thingsThe company has a really great culture with friendly employees from high level management to agent level. Monthly town halls with free lunch, free fruits every week and fun engagement activities. Compensation is above average with uncapped incentives.Open door policy, you don't feel intimidated by the big bosses.
The challengesBusiness process or policies tend to change and is not always seamlessly communicated. This is mostly coming from head office in AU or NZ and not the fault of Manila management.

    Memorable working experience
The good thingsI enjoyed and love the people i worked with, despite of the challenges and changes with the process and the management. We have montly staff meeting and they recognize the performance of their employees.
The challengesDrastic changes when it comes to process and the management. No proper communication and not cascading updates on time that leads to confusion of the employees.

    Fun work with challenges.
The good thingsManagement is great, you just need to adhere with the KPI's needed for better outcome. People, environment, location, monthly staff meeting (free food! Yey!) and they truly recognised who works hard as in here, PEOPLE DO MATTER.
The challengesGetting up early in the morning, who doesnt right? Can be a stressful work at times (it's not always that you're on top).

    work life balance
The good thingsThe company offers day shift work and above average salary. The company is just fairly new here in the Philippines and still growing. We only have like less than 300 people and the people here are amazing. Work here really matters because its a collection agency and you should work under pressure. The environment here can have both fun and stress. Incentives is running and no cap at all but of course depending on your work or department.
The challengesYou have to work under pressure and with passion being a collection agent.

A company that treats everyone as a family.
The good thingsThe company ensures that the core values are being observed including the managerial posts. Baycorp provides you with a work-life balanced ambiance that will motivates you more to even strive for the best. The company that is so generous with their employees in relation to the benefits.
The challengesSometimes, going to work at a very early shift than normal. But thanks to Uber/Grab/Cabs, they make it easier and comfortable to travel with security.

Working for a collections company is hard yet fun. Compliance is a must. Understanding our customers financial situation is the key towards a good negotiation.
The good thingsCredit Corp grooms their employees as what an ordinary teacher do. The learning process is quite long but once you get the hang of it you will start enjoying what you are doing. My colleagues are the best, easy to get along with and we treat everyone like family.
The challengesEveryday is a challenge. Every account you will handle is a challenge. Every customer is unique. You will learn a lot from the experiences of hearing your customer's financial situation and makes you realize how important budgeting is.
