    Workload is uneven; supervisors favor slackers while overworking the capable. Leadership is failing.
    The good thingsBOG every birthday. It was okay at first, but everything changed when a new supervisor and manager were promoted.
    The challengesPromotions shouldn't be based on favoritism or personal connections with management. Instead, they should be awarded to those who are capable and possess the skills necessary to lead a team.

    It was a nice experience.
    The good thingsI enjoyed doing job orders that was given to me and being approved by the clients. I also love the environment, the computers that they have specifically, Macintosh and how I've learned so much from the people working there.
    The challengesOther employees won't stop criticizing your work especially when you're just an intern but I think it was okay since it was a motivation to do best. Plus, the clients are so picky! They made you do 10 artwork options, but in the end, they'll choose the very first one. Wasted a lot of time. And no incentives for interns when they handled a big project until you finished the internship, you'll get cards from the HR to claim free foods from Mcdo.

    Great company
    The good thingsthe benefits were awesome, colleagues were approachable, my bosses were professional! I love the new office specially the area I have...I am very open with my boss, she was very understanding specially when it comes to family matters.
    The challengesreporting on work in the middle of the heavy rain and when I was pregnant but have to do my things done. challenging also the cafeteria was not inside the company that's why we have to look for better canteen nearby.
