Nice colleaguesThe good thingsColleagues were nice to work with so I have developed long-term friendship outside of work. In fact, even after deciding to go freelance we still keep in touch to outsource projects. The nicest people you will ever meet.
The challengesOperation is very fast-paced, so there is little time to do training. Newbies are already on the floor (with supervision, but sometimes it could slow down operations). People are very willing to help you with the whole process, but they have to invest time in training so that everyone can work smoothly with less supervision during actual work.
