    In the event that the CPI being reviewed, I found out that discrepancies are present.
    The good thingsNo comment . Just want to get the amount of all discrepancies since I had started working in BPOcompany from the very beginning working in BPO HR rating Poor.
    The challengesThe facts us that the certification of our contributions needs to appeal for the purpose of not to ommit the discrepancy in which we can avail the correct amount of our salary . Worry free is best known to be part of the mission and vision of the company. meaning company's are legite.

    The good thingsThe company gives what the employee needs as a payroll processor. They cultivate people to become more competitve in the market. They really invest to be more knowledgeable. They give extra curricular activities to the employee, such as team building, top performer, and different events.
    The challengesThe most challenging was you don't have work life balance. You stay late, even worst overnight just to finish your process. THey don't delegate the client correctly. Some has few client, some has overloaded client. Might lead to extending more time. Not too competitive salary.
