    The good thingsIn Being a Barista in this company, It allows me to learn and provide growth in my career. The company allow us to engaged with the customers that provided us excellent relationship between an employee and customer, Aside from acquiring the knowledge on how the coffee bean is harvested to filling up that cup with freshly brewed espresso, The company pushed us and let us explore our creativity when it comes to latte art and handling staffs. They don't allow a staff to stay in just one position in our career and if they see a potential in us they will push us to let us grow and learn more than being just a barista.
    The challengesAs a fresh graduate, Everything is new for me but they don't let staff to learn on just being a barista they will push you to your limit for you to learn everything, from handling orders to handling staff and finally they will teach you to face challenges without fear.
