The challengesOne of the main challenges I’ve faced is the increasing workload over time, although the company is open to approving overtime when they know that you are overloaded. The role requires multitasking across many HR functions, which can be quite demanding. Another challenge is that the salary remains lower compared to the general market rate for similar HR roles. There is also limited recognition or understanding of the different levels and responsibilities within HR positions, which sometimes makes it difficult to align expectations.
