    Not good company to work for.
    The good thingsAside from WFH set up none.
    The challengesTraditional headhunter with limited resources—no resume access or premium job boards. High revenue targets despite minimal tools. Recruiters juggle BD and sourcing due to few clients and often take on roles without assessing if they're truly workable.

    The good thingsThere is already an improve in terms of assisting and guiding the new hire employee in terms of their payroll and cut off. There is also a new hire orientation prepared for the new hire so the employees are already guided before they onboard on their job.
    The challengesChallenge before was the communication on how the new employee will get their salary.No orientation provided before when it comes to the benefits that the employee will be entitled.
