    The good thingsWe have SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth. Good relationship with co-workers. They are supportive and they will be there if ever you're having a hard time.
    The challengesThe company's system is not yet well established and organized. You will see some holes with it that needs reform or arrangements.
