    Every single thing about this company is beyond my expectations!
    The good thingsI've enjoyed quite a fantastic working environment as the employees are very friendly. I have also hugely appreciated the benefits and more especially, the knowledge and skills that you will gain from the company.

    Internship here was a blast and a good experience to hone my skills
    The good thingsThe environment of the workplace is really good, where all your superior are really approachable and willing to train you and teach you how to handle different situations in a simple way, yet challenging.
    The challengesI think the only challenges here specifically is of course the traffic, but the atmosphere of the workplace is really really worth working at, I've been looking forward to work here and have been waiting for the position I've been looking for.

    Great Employee Culture
    The good thingsSalary and Benefits - quite competitive, given that the company is small in employee base. Culture - one of the best companies when it comes to the people. The people are very warm, the entire feel is very familial. It's very easy to be emotionally invested in this company. Work-life balance - despite being a small company, it does not hinder them from having events and activities that promote employee welfare. they often arrange to join sports meets and even charities! Career Progression - I believe they now have this nailed down, and in this company, rewards are structured in a very results-driven manner. Upper Management - while the big boss is strict when it comes to work, he makes it a point that he supports the employees in other endeavors.
    The challengesMore personal touch from HR to employee base, I would say. It wouldn't hurt to grow some more. I think the company can afford and should strive to be bigger in numbers - to be more well known in the industry

    The good thingsYou have freedom to do what you want. workload is fewer compared to other but if you want training, this may not be the best company as it has none. compensation and appraisal is good but benefits not quite
    The challengesthe company is now growing in numbers. the environment is not as before were everyone knows each other, laugh on each other. interaction with other team now is difficult. you will know everyone but not all of them will be your friend

    Good company. Could still make some improvements.
    The good thingsWorkplace is great. Cleanliness is maintained weekly and everyone seems to be cooperative when it comes to tidying up the workplace. Work was never-ending which is good because we are almost always kept busy. Developers are top notch; know their stuff and would share very constructive criticisms with one another.
    The challengesManagement needs improvement in regards to client negotiation when it comes to deadlines, requirements analysis and coordination. HR needs more people in order to cater the needs of the employee as employee retention needs to be given attention as well.
