    The good thingsCordlife has a great company culture and the work that you do matters. Everyone here is nice and helpful if you ever have a question.
    The challengesThe workplace environment is good but sometimes the office is crowded, and some employees need to share a table with others. Still, it does not affect your work.

    The good thingsI live that the company seems to really care about its employees and clients by ensuring they take care of both. Company tries to focus on personal development by encouraging you to look for training opportunities and things that would improve your self and make you a valuable member of society.
    The challengesThe long hours you'd need to put in to get everything done is a bit much and the bit where you may be a bit \"on-call\" because of the nature of work which is common to most healthcare jobs.

    Its good to work in Cordlife Medical Philippines, Inc
    The good thingsI'm working for 2 years in Cordlife. When you are regular, you have health card, 13 month pay, SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG, vacation leave, sick leave, etc. You'll have consumable allowance as well if you are allowed to. There is yearly outing and team building, like in my first year, we went to Nasugbu, and on my 2nd year, we went to Nagsasa Cove. There is monthly General Assembly where we discuss about company's agenda, celebrate birthday celebrant for the month and eat lots of food.
    The challengesWell, there are things to make it better. And there are some employee who will gossip to other employees but its up to you if you will believe on it but for sure it will affect your work. I'm just a part of the company so I don't know about the issues in other departments. And I love my teammates in marketing department.
