    Quality Healthcare for the poor
The good thingsGreat working and learning experiences that can be used to hone your skills. Quality of work and timely results that can benefit the patient. Time-management. Following of protocols always. Ensure the quality of machines, reagents, and supplies because they greatly affect the result. Good relationships with co-workers despite of indifference to promote better outcome for the benefit of the patient. Faith in God that you can accomplish your task depite of very heavy workload.
The challengesManaging your time doing all the work alone. Aside from the routine laboratory work, additional administrative assigments are given. Employees arr expected always to follow protocols and one who does not commit has a consequence grounded not to have a philhealth share. Working for the poor.
