    Copylandia is a good place to work and learn.
    The good thingsWorking in this Company was a good experience because the workplace is friendly for me with a "family" feel, I enjoyed unique company-wide activities like morning yoga sessions and feeding programs. I learned a lot of things especially in the department where I belonged.
    The challengesThe 6-day work week. I think it is best to convert it into 5-day work week, so that all employees will enjoy the 2 days rest. Second, the strict in-house policy which the employees are prohibited to bring outside food and the mandatory salary deductions for company meal even if you didn't eat lunch in the canteen.

    The good thingsCopylandia is a Company good for those who are just starting their career and those already with work experience and looking for career advancement. The Company gives equal career opportunity while giving value to employees health and wellness.
    The challengesThe 6 day work week is something to get used to, especially if you came from a 5 day work week.

    The Company is a great place to work and the people you work make you really want to stay.
    The good thingsThe Company is merit-based, so as long as you work and perform well, you will get your due and advance. The Company also has programs for your mental and physical health. The work environment is also friendly and with close to zero "politics".
    The challengesThe 6-day work week is challenging if you came from a 5-day work week. I was able to adjust though and since the overtime work is not that often, I ended up with more personal time.

    The good thingsCopylandia is a good company because it promotes a healthy lifestyle like Yoga and has a canteen where the food is vegetarian. So that before the employees enter the office, they are relaxed and energized to do their tasks.
    The challenges The environment in this company is good because they give you the opportunity to try other tasks for you to learn and improve your skills to be a valuable employee.

    The good thingsHaving a 2nd family. Unlimited income and great opportunity to learn, to be challenge in closing the deal. The learning experience and personal growth.
    The challengesOther co-workers attitude because they don't mind their own business. Having a good environment is a must so that everyone will have a peaceful day to start with. Quota is not a problem but a challenge to myself to hit my monthly target. I miss working with copylandia but I will never forget all the memories that I have experience with copylandia. Thank you Maam and Sir for the opportunity that you had given me to be part of your company and to develop myself and come out from my shell. God bless to all.

    i am glad to be part of this company.
    The good thingsi enjoyed work here and a part of growing company. i am glad to spend my years to build my skills and personality.My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.
    The challengesI felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed that fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations.

    The good thingsthe company responded to my email and called for an appointment for the assessement and discussion of job offered. Although I was not considered, due to salary negotiation, the people at the recruitment department took an effort to respond immediately as to the status of my application. I believe this is most important to an applicant to move forward to other opportunity
    The challengesi think the only challenge i encountered is the venue of the meeting. It was not convenient for the applicant to get to the interview venue as it was in a private location. The set venue should ideally be at the main ofc for the applicant to access the company as well..

    My Experience
    The good thingsGiving opportunity to the new employees for acquiring additional experiences. Very concern on the health by providing programs and projects such as yoga exercises, vegetarian canteen and feeding program. People majority are friendly and if you need help you can ask for it.
    The challengesThe company has gap in opportunity for employees to go up in the rank. Aside from the mentioned programs, the HR department have failure to provide additional training programs that will promote healthy working environment and working relationship as well.

    The good thingsWhat's good about working here is that you are trained to be the best solutions consultant and will be able to answer querries or questions with the best solution/s satisfiable to clients. Aside from good training, enjoy good perks when you hit the quota set per individual. Also the Copylandia promotes wellness thru Yoga activities every start of the day which will give health benefits.
    The challengesChallenges are there to shape your to a much better individual. What's challenging becoming a solutions consultant is you encounter different problems/querries from different individuals in their respective field. Technical questions from each client will help you learn more and grow more. Sales Quota is also difficult yet motivational aspect, but working hard on achieving it will pay you great,
