    A company that is growing, but needs so much more to grow
    The good thingsYou will get the chance to meet people from different walks of life. The company is a great stepping stone for fresh job seekers in the field of construction. You'll learn a lot of technicalities from experienced managers and seniors and co-workers alike. You'll develop skills outside of your specified job responsibilities. Bosses are not that strict, allowing for a more permissive workplace. Employee bond is the best thing you can ever ask for; ethic, not so.
    The challengesManagement puts the pressure and relies heavily on the employees. Despite being a company of its own, it doesn't have specific guidelines for employees and just mirrors those of its more known sister company. Workload gets repetitive the longer you stay with the company. Room for career growth is limited--you have to sacrifice personal time and work likewise just to have time for it. Salary is quite low compared to other companies with similar industry experience. Benefits are only those mandated by law.
