    Perfect Job for first time job seekers.
    The good thingsUpon entering the workplace I felt so welcomed and the environment is so healthy that I can tell for sure that I have found the job wherein I can balance my role and personal space.
    The challengesThe challenges that I encountered so far is adjusting and learning the curves of new ideas and by doing so I was able to gain new knowledge and experience.

    It's the best place to work!
    The good thingsThe thing that I liked the most about Cooee is that the working environment there is very nice. Everyone was so nice and approachable; they treated everyone equally. For employees to occasionally take a break and unwind from their work, Cooee offers an array of engagement activities for them to enjoy.
    The challengesAs of the moment, I was not able to experience any challenges in Cooee because the management is approachable; you can reach out to them anytime whenever you have problems or issues.

Our recent company event was held and the goal was to reconnect everyone.     The good thingsRecently, the company had a team-building event, ReCooeennect V2. As a newbie, it was a memorable experience since this is where I got to make friends with other co-workers I haven't met before. It was a fun bonding experience and I look forward to more activities like this. Here's to making more memories and growing alongside this company. <3

    The good thingsOne thing I like about working with Cooee is that they stick to their values: be authentic, be empathetic, and believe in potential. You can feel a family vibe here as they really dive into a heart-to-heart conversation with you through their coaching session. They support you for your ideas, and there is never a bit of a cancel culture.
    The challengesI think one of the challenges of working for Cooee is that it has a fast-paced environment. The workflows change and move rapidly. We need to quickly adapt to new circumstances, strive hard, and give it our best shot. This is the best time for us to learn and understand the importance of setting goals and the value of planning the tasks ahead.

    A company that believes in our Infinite Potential.
    The good thingsThis company really believes in our potential... Who would have thought that I will be able to host some Cooee Connects activities and even be invited to share things about me and my transformation? Which I haven’t tried to do, since I started working with other companies. But here, you will be able to discover that you have different potentials, and you can explore more and share that great experience with your colleagues. Aside from believing in the employees’ potential, the company also offers different activities to unplug from work. We have Cooee Connects every Friday, they also give us free workshop and webinars, COBH, Coaching Sessions, team huddles, and Cooee-ck activities which we really enjoy and always look forward to when we start our work-week. Another thing that I really love here is the connections that we have, not just within our team but with the Cooee Family. That is why I am really grateful to be part of this Company. Looking forward to more great years with Cooee.

    Cooee is a company that has it all for you, professionally and personally.
    The good thingsIt’s been 3 years and counting that I have been with Cooee Family. I never imagined that I would go this far. Cooee has been part of my transformation, from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. I am beyond grateful for instilling in me the Cooee values (Be Authentic, Be Empathetic, and Believe in Potential. These Cooee values have helped me to live better, professionally and personally. Cooee genuinely intends to care for and help every employee to be a better version of their selves. It promotes a healthy working environment, and I can say, Cooee is one of my safest places to be with.

    The good thingsI enjoyed how Cooee became the foundation of my growth. The core values and positive environment makes it clear that I can continue to take new challenges and grow with the company.
    The challengesWhen I joined Cooee, there's no proper turn over of the task to me because the previous employee left immediately.When she left, my manager asked me to take it over. While I had never performed her job duties in the past, I had previous leadership experience. Using my leadership and problem-solving skills, I pushed the project/task forward, encouraged myself and completed the responsibilities. I waa able to complete the project/task successfully and on deadline.
