    I am glad that this company and my superior helps me a lot to improve my skills and to gain many knowledge.
    The good thingsThe company and employee itself are very friendly and easy to approach. They help me a lot and train me for the skills I have. Also they are really intelligent and hardworking and a good teacher for teaching us and for reminding us what to do for the best of the company.
    The challengesThe challenges I've encountered here is that they are competitive and an intelligent employees. also It is hard to learn about programming but that is one of the reason why I am hardworking to learn and study about it.

    one of the most exciting moment ever happen to my life.
    The good thingsthey really care about the welfare of its employees, enhances my typing skills and educate me more to system called SAP, also helped me learn more about worksheets. moreover, being a part of a central function of the company drives me to learn more and do more specially in communicating with people.
    The challengesthe most challenged was to work hard to reached our KPI, which means we need to finished our target within the day and make it sure if we do encountered problems it will be escalated properly and contain the issue and work for solutions.

    I like the environment/workplace but their working salary is not fit to what your doing. Salary is too low. Limited people experience the training abroad.

    The challengesthe only thing that I hate in this company is their department by department competition, they don't have unity to other team that makes the line down. Some operators have a bad attitude by comparing their selves to others, like comparing the standard of Regular and Casual employees
