    Challenging yet enjoyable
    The good thingsProvide trainings and seminars to hone your skills. Assign employee to different accountings positions so you will learn not only external audit, but also bookkeeping, tax, and other accounting services.
    The challengesLike every auditing firm, audit season is quite challenging as there are a lot of works to do so you need to work overtime specially at the last week of March and first two weeks of April.

    The good thingsThere is growth within the firm. You all get to learn something valuable in every engagement, and there are lots of projects to work with. The firm is good for fresh graduates who are eager to absorb everything they can in the financial sector. Colleagues are like-minded professionals. There may be a variety of temperaments but everyone understands each other.
    The challengesLike any other auditing and accounting firm, busy season is busy. We would be burdened by heavy workloads.
