    The challengesWhile Consistent Frozen Solutions is a great company to work for, one challenge I’ve encountered is transportation during rainy days, which can be quite difficult. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive, thanks to the supportive management and the great work environment.

    The good thingsIf you are so tired of toxic, political work environment, I recommend our company to you, they do take care of the people. -Working environment is superb, the company and its people embody their core values (malasakit sa customer, employado at kumpanya; continuous improvement; winning as a team; direct and open communication; and data driven - Very polite culture from top management to the bottom (everyone respects and calls 'ma'am and sir' no matter what your position is. - They give more time in recruitment process to make sure that people are fit and wanted to be part of the company - Management sees your potential and willing to teach, develop its people. - Top Management is very hands on to their people - They have daily huddle and weekly empathy check - how are you personally and of course professionally <3 - Actually this company is an answered prayer from my very unsuccessful and toxic previous companies. - Consistent has a heart that's why people work extra not because they are paid to do it but because of the genuine concern and love of the people to the management <3 - The company is only 11 y/o but we are growing more and more because the foundation is valuing its people and their core values being alive to all of them.

    The good thingsI've worked at Consistent Frozen Solutions for 10 years, and I'm always impressed by the important values they follow. They are really honest and open in how they do business, which makes everyone feel like they can trust the company. They also make sure everyone feels included no matter who they are. This makes it a place where we all feel welcome, and we come up with lots of new ideas because of it. The company also cares about helping its employees learn and grow. It's not just a job; it's a place that helps us become better at what we do. Consistent Frozen Solutions is special because of these great values, and I'm proud to be part of it.
