    The good thingsI am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of this team. From day one, the experience has been exceptional—the onboarding session was incredibly smooth, and the seamless delivery of equipment made starting this new chapter effortless. What truly stands out is the genuine investment in my success. The training provided is highly focused and practical, ensuring I have the tools I need to excel in my role. I also feel very fortunate to work under a reporting manager who is not only kind but also highly strategic, fostering an environment where you feel supported to grow. The collaborative spirit among colleagues, who are both professional and approachable, makes every day enjoyable. And of course, the flexibility to work from home is the perfect finishing touch to a positive and empowering workplace culture. I couldn't have asked for a better welcome
    The challengesEnhanced HMO Benefits: It would be wonderful to see HMO coverage for dependents also made available on Day 1, mirroring the excellent support already provided to employees. Additionally, expanding coverage to include two dependents would be a meaningful way to support growing families. More Virtual Engagement Activities: As someone who greatly appreciates the work-from-home setup, I believe a few more virtual engagement activities—such as online team-building events, coffee chats, or wellness sessions—would help strengthen connections across the team and combat remote work isolation. Sponsored Professional Development: Investing in employees through sponsored certifications (such as Lean Six Sigma, Machine Learning, or AI courses) would be an incredible way to foster loyalty and growth. This would not only benefit individual career paths but also bring valuable new skills back into the organization.

    The good thingsI really loved how helpful everyone is inside the company. Whether it be internal staff to my client. I loved our office atmosphere. The free ice cream!! I pay I receive is really at par for my job.

    The good thingsI’ve been with ConnectOS for around 3 months, and my experience so far has been very positive. The work setup is hybrid, and onboarding was well-organized and supportive. New equipment was provided even before my first day, which helped me start work smoothly. My team has been very supportive, especially while I’m still on probation. They take the time to walk me through processes and workflows so I can fully understand the role and perform well. The office facilities are great, with an in-house café offering food and coffee, so there’s no need to go out. The office is strategically located and easily accessible via MRT. Work-life balance is respected, and the company offers engaging activities and wellness-focused facilities for employees. The salary is competitive, and HR is approachable and responsive.

    The good thingsI had a great experience during my onboarding at ConnectOS. The process was smooth, and I appreciated the flexibility of working from home, which made everything more convenient. I also admired the HR management tool they use, as it is very user-friendly and helpful for new employees. Additionally, I gained valuable insights from the HR team whenever I had concerns or questions.
    The challengesFor now, I cannot comment much on other benefits such as leave credits or HMO since these are only granted after completing the probationary period. In my previous companies, these benefits were available starting on my first day, so this is one area where the company could consider improvement.

    The good thingsWorking as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Chemist Warehouse has been a strong stepping stone in my IT career. I liked the aesthetic vibes of the office and the pantry area. It offered a warm, comfortable environment that felt like a second home a small but meaningful boost during busy workdays.
    The challengesLack of Flexible Setup. While the office environment is great, it would be even better if the company considered offering a hybrid or work-from-home option, especially for tasks that can be handled remotely.

    The challengesI would highly recommend ConnectOS to my family and friends as a great place to work. However, one area of improvement would be the timeliness of HR's follow-up calls regarding referrals. At times, these calls can be delayed or may not occur, which can make the referral process less seamless

If there's room for improvement, it would be great to have more perks, engagement activities, higher HMO coverage, and additional leave allowances.     The good thingsConnectos stands out from other companies because of its remarkable staff. They are approachable, attentive, and always make sure that every concern is handled promptly and professionally. The company facilities exceed expectations, prioritizing work-life balance in ways that make a real difference. One unique feature is the support they provide for employees with toddlers, ensuring their needs are taken care of—something you don’t often see elsewhere. As for the salary, I can honestly say it’s been an answered prayer! The compensation package reflects the value they place on their employees.
    The challenges The only challenge is the centralized air conditioning. Sometimes, when the temperature drops and it gets too cold, we can’t adjust it because it's set uniformly across all floors. It would be great if there were more flexibility in temperature control to improve comfort.

    The good things- 100% work from home set up. The company provided the equipment as well. - Smooth on-boarding process. From delivery of equipment to first day of work and orientation. - HR and IT team response promptly to every inquiries and issues. - The monthly catch up with a ConnectOS Manager when an employee is still in-probation is nice because he/she has someone to talk to whenever he/she has questions. - Competitive Salary, Allowances, HMO benefits for employee and his/her dependents.
    The challengesI wish they provide a powerful Laptop instead of PC for more optimal set up.

    The good thingsConnect OS provides WFH set up. Working from home allowed me to be flexible in helping my wife raise my daughter. It has also saved me a lot of money because I don't need to spend on transportation. Overall, this working arrangement is very good for my family.
    The challenges1) HMO benefit for my dependents is after 1 year. I just hope that my love ones would not need it at this time. 2) No group life insurance. Protecting the worker, means protecting the family's income. 3) No retirement plan. We cannot work forever.
