    Good work environment
    The good thingsbeen working in this company for about 3 months and I could say that the they have high regards with work-life balance. There are also free snacks every now and then. And they also provided a good salary structure.
    The challengesRight now the challenge is that the client that I am in is asking for us to work in the office, its obvious that the everyday commute in the Philippines is a challenge for all of us. however, I think the demand to RTO depends on who your client is.

    A Company with a HEART!
    The good thingsI really love ConnectOS's culture! Everyone from the Management Team are friendly and approchable. They offer competitive salary plus health insurance from Day 1 which is very important most especially in a time of Pandemic. They always make sure to release our pay early. Their onboarding process is smooth. They provided free equipment and they were delivered to me a week prior my start date. IT and Admin team made sure all is set before I meet with my client. When the Pandemic started, they made sure that everyone will be able to work from the comfort of their homes. Even when the Government, mandated most BPO companies to Return to Office last April, ConnectOS made sure to let their staff continue working from home to stay safe. I've been with different Offshore talent providers before and being with ConnectOS for some time now, I saw how different it is from the rest. They are very big on putting their staff's well being above all. Indeed, they are a company with a HEART.
    The challengesI have not encountered any negative experience with the management and my client.
