    A company that truly values its employees!
    The good thingsI love the work - life balance that I get with working from ConnectOS. I love how the top management makes each employee feel valued and that they truly recognize their hard work and contribution to the growth of the company. The CEO and the other members of top management are approachable and they listen to employee feedback. I love my job itself because it gives me flexibility which is important to me as a single mom. But at the same, it gives me great satisfaction and it keeps challenging me as well.
    The challengesNot really a negative but my immediate superior is based in Australia. And while communicating through virtual means is very normal after the pandemic, there is still something to be said about having your immediate boss in the same country.

    The good thingsWe follow Australian shifts so we get free afternoons, the staff is very accommodating and i love how they do engagement activity wherever you are! Also the CEO is sooo Pogi! haha

    Goodbye EDSA traffic!
    The good thingsWorking from home eliminates the need for a commute to work that can be stressful to your employees. Time savings such as this also enables staff to get extra health benefits such as additional sleep, spending more time with family, exercising, or preparing healthier meals. I got to meet new lovely people despite of WFH.

    The good thingsSince my position is 100% WFH, I am able to work in a more relaxed environment. My current boss gives us enough trust and leeway as long we hit our numbers and accomplish what is expected of us.

    The good thingsConnectOS strikes a perfect balance for the employee needs as well as client requirements especially due to the work from home situation for the company. Benefits are good so far in the months i have worked with them and the management team has been super approachable even remotely though I have not met them face to face. They had not skimped on the workstation which was provided through the client as it is capable for the demands of my line of work unlike my previous employer who was absolutely lacking in this regard. So far, i appreciate that the management was able to hire me for the role which i enjoy doing thus far and my counterparts have been easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to apply if they have the appropriate skill.
