    Good place to work with great benefit
    The good thingsGood place to work overall. The application process was smooth and straightforward. The company provides complete government benefits along with HMO and leave credits, which is a big plus. I was deployed to a US-based client, working full-time from home on a night shift setup, which was very convenient. Management also checks in regularly to see how you’re doing with your client and workload, showing good support for employees.
    The challengesI don't have challenges with them. Everything is fine.

    A good company overall. Your experience really depends on the client you'll be working with.
    The good things- The office in Megatower offers so much amenities. - Salary is credited on time. - Monthly events - Easy to submit tickets for requests or concerns through their app
    The challenges- New hire onboarding meeting is scheduled days prior your actual start date. - Payroll account takes months before being provided. Your salary will be credited to your personal account.

    The good thingsCompetitive Salary and benefits. They have a streamline process from hiring, training and boarding to working live in the operations and with Broker partners. Superb support to all employees + full time work from home set up with free equipment. Definitely work recommending.

    The good thingsI enjoyed every bit of staying in the company, from the management which is always supportive and provide me the data/knowledge I need to fulfill my work. Also the hybrid set-up gives me the work life balance every employee needs. One more thing is the competitive salary which I didn’t expect they will provide.

It would be even better if leave could be provided upon hiring, but overall it’s a positive and rewarding workplace.

    The good thingsI’ve been with ConnectOS for three months now, and I’ve experienced nothing but generosity and support. The office is modern, accessible, and equipped with everything employees need to perform their jobs effectively. In terms of salary, I’d say it’s competitive within the market, and the contract terms are very fair. One thing I truly appreciate is the hiring process—it was completely virtual, which made everything convenient. I had two recruiters who guided me throughout the process. They were responsive, kept me updated, and made me feel valued. Maybe I was a great candidate too—that’s why they didn’t want to let me go! (lol) I hope ConnectOS continues to nurture this incredible culture as we grow and achieve new heights.

The facilities are fantastic — modern, clean, and equipped with everything needed to stay productive and comfortable. The twice‑a‑week onsite schedule is incredibly favorable for me as a mom; it gives me the structure of working in the office while still providing the flexibility I need at home. In terms of compensation, the salary is competitive, and the benefits are genuinely satisfying. It’s reassuring to know that the company not only values our work but also invests in our overall well‑being. Overall, my first three months have been filled with positivity, support, and growth. Strong Onboarding: The onboarding experience was good—thorough and effective, which is crucial for contractors. Inclusive Culture: Despite being a part-time contractor, I never felt alienated. I was included in team engagement activities, which speaks volumes about their welcoming work culture. Flexibility: The work culture is highly flexible, prioritizing proactive communication and agreement with your client to manage schedules effectively.
    The challengesEquipment Convenience: While the systems are great, it might be better to have a company-issued laptop. This would increase convenience and ensure a standardized, secure working environment for contractors.

    Best employer I’ve had so far
    The good things1. Permanent Work from Home – This alone is the best benefit, especially since traffic in the Philippines is getting worse. I got my time back from the daily commute and, at the same time, gained the flexibility to work safely from home. 2. Work-Life Balance – One of the standout qualities of working here is the genuine respect for employees’ work-life balance. This may depend on the customer you are assigned to, but by default, we have no work during holidays. 3. Supportive and Approachable – The ConnectOS Team is quick to address any concern you might have, even the most minor ones. They also check in with you about your status with the assigned customer every now and then. 4. Smooth Onboarding – The overall onboarding process was fast and hassle-free since everything was done online.
    The challenges- No paid vacation leave until the probation period ends (normal for most companies). Other than this, I can’t think of any cons so far.

    I'm not really familiar with this company before not until we have to transition here from other BPO company. I believe this was a good outsourcing company because our Australian Client from other BPO company chooses to transfer all of us offshores employees here. Better offer, much better benefits, and more opportunities (hopefully much better opportunities as well) Looking forward to visit onsite as I am working permanently at home so I really really enjoy the work-life balance here, very excited for Year-end parties and other company events too. Hoping soon you can issue laptop and let employee choose if they prefer PC or laptop. :)
