    Thankful that i was hired here.
    The good thingsMy client has been very supportive and inclusive. They really stress work life balance and is generous in a lot of ways. Company facilities are great too! There's free unlimited ice cream daily and you can avail of the inhouse Massage.
    The challengesOnly gripe i guess is recently, the production floor is a bit hot but I think this is more closely related to how megatower operates.

    The challengesThere are very few downsides. If anything, one small thing is that the free massage benefit is limited to 25 minutes—it would be nice if it were a bit longer.

The leadership promotes a healthy, supportive work culture where collaboration and respect are encouraged every day. Employees are empowered to grow professionally while working with approachable management and friendly, non-toxic colleagues. It’s a workplace where effort is recognized and well-being truly matters.
    The challengesFor me, the office temperature tends to be quite cold, so I usually need to bring a thick jacket. Additionally, the parking fee is relatively high for motorcycle users. The office location can also be quite dusty at times.

    The good thingsMy experience with ConnectOS has been really positive. I feel supported by my clients as well as the company. What I really love about working here is the healthy work life balance. ConnectOS and my clients have healthy respect for personal time which helps maintain productivity and well-being. ConnectOS HR is also very easy to approach and makes an effort to stay connected with employees. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far, and I’m really glad to be part of ConnectOS!

    This is the best BPO company I've ever had!!! (work-life balance and competitive pay)
    The good thingsWorking with ConnectOS is a great opportunity, and I’m truly thankful for it. First, the hybrid setup, company amenities and perks, approachable receptionist, employee-first treatment, and the chance to work with a great Australian client are all things I appreciate. The employee portal makes it easy to manage my daily tasks, request IT support, and book meeting rooms instantly. The management team is supportive, and the onboarding process is very professional.
    The challengesSo far, I don’t have any challenges that ConnectOS hasn't helped me with. I’m very happy with the current setup, and the way ConnectOS gets in touch with its employees now and then makes it easier to communicate any challenges we may face.
