    The good thingsAwesome and organized company to work with ConnectOS. I will greatly recommend ConnectOS to my colleagues. Great compensation and benefits. Great workplace and environment. Managers are also approachable and the management team in HR and People and Culture.
    The challengesNone so far, because most of the people are approachable and easy to reach them when you need a help.

    The good thingsJust started with the company in December 2022 but I can already say that the company as a whole is really great and even the clients whom we work with, they are very supportive and friendly. This is, I would say, where you can experience the real work life balance.

    The good thingsWhat I admire the most with ConnectOS is their systematic and seamless recruitment and HR processes. They make it easy for newhires to get used to the new workplace culture. They also continue to provide assistance, benefits, & updates for their regular employees. Simply put, they are a great company to work with! :)
