    The good thingsOne of the best things about working here is the culture of collaboration and growth. Training and guidance are available, and there’s a real sense that the company invests in people’s development. The work setup is professional yet flexible, which helps with work-life balance.
    The challengesOf course, like any growing company, there are still challenges in processes and coordination, but I’ve seen that the team is open to feedback and actively working on improvements.

    ConnectOS is by far the best employer I’ve had.
    The good things1. PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME – This is honestly what I’m happiest about! It gives me the flexibility I’ve always wanted, helps me stay focused, and allows more quality time with my family, without the stress of commuting. It has made a huge difference in my overall well-being. 2. Strong Work-Life Balance – One of the standout qualities of working here is the genuine respect for employees’ work-life balance. 3. Supportive Management – The leadership team is approachable and always ready to help. They truly listen and address concerns in a timely manner.
    The challengesThere’s no double pay or additional 30% pay for working on holidays, but it’s all good, it’s replaced with paid time off that we can use on our preferred days. It's a fair and flexible setup.

    The challengesWhile the culture is great, WFH and regional hires can sometimes miss out since most events are office-based. More virtual engagement would help everyone feel equally included and connected, no matter where they work. A small fix that could go a long way.

    Work-life Balance, great work environment and management, place for growth.
    The good thingsI was only seeking for a Work-from-Home position yet they offered more than that. A Work-Life Balance is really prioritized. Honoring work set up wanted and being trained by one of the BEST Trainers in the field not only to train new things but also to refresh minds for those who have experience. Enjoyable coordination with management for work set up and caressing concerns for convenience of its workers. From work set up, management and job itself, all thumbs up! I have never experienced as much as better as working with ConnectOS! Kudos!

    I feel well taken cared of here.
    The good thingsTraining was great! The trainer's attention to detail and thoroughness in covering each topic ensured that everyone, regardless of their learning style, could effectively learn the topics. What made the experience even more enjoyable were the interactive games throughout the session. Not only did they keep us engaged and active, but they also encouraged a sense of teamwork among us trainees. Overall, it was a well-structured and fun learning experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking to enhance their skills. ConnectOS also makes sure that their employees are well taken cared of. We have monthly catch ups with HR to ensure that all concerns, requests are addressed. The best thing is that they offer permanent WFH set up which I love as I am working from the province. Cheers!

    My overall experience while working in ConnectOS for less than a year is so far, been really great. They provide excellent customer service and never fails to see right through their employees’ needs.
    The good thingsI enjoy working a lot in ConnectOS as it always makes sure to oversee their employees’ needs. The people are so welcoming and approachable. ConnectOS also provides boundless and opportunities to upskill and improve your knowledge. Aside from the fact that I can have the convenience of working from home, I am also given the chance to really live up to the work and life balance culture.
    The challengesAdjusting to a new environment is one of the few challenges new hires can encounter but as for me, ConnectOS made it an easy one since everyone in this company are approachable and is always willing to lend a hand whenever needed. They create and foster a healthy environment among all colleagues which I think is vital for one to last long in a company

    The good thingsThey cover everything in detail, and the trainers are nice and easy to talk to. They explain things clearly so everyone understands, and the best part is how fun the training is. They use games and real-life examples to make learning enjoyable. Overall, if you want to learn and have a great time doing it, I highly recommend training at ConnectOS. It's the best way to improve your skills and knowledge in a friendly and fun environment.
