    Work, Learn, Grow, Enjoy!
    The good thingsI’ve been with ConnectOS for just 3 months, but so far I can say it’s really a great place to work. My work setup is actually WFH, but if I were given the chance to go onsite, I’d grab it because the office is very homey and inviting — with free ice cream, coffee, a game room, and good vibes. It doesn’t make you feel like you need to rush to get home. We also just had our Year-End Party at Okada, and it was so nice meeting my teammates for the first time over good food and drinks. Honestly, just a really solid company overall. Highly recommend!
    The challengesThe only con/s I can think about is the fact that we can only use the leaves upon regularization, instead of day 1.

    The challengesNone at the moment, everything can easily be accessed on the intranet. Support like HR, IT, and Finance responds immediately when needed. Easily to file disputes, Overtime, Change Schedule, etc.
